What keeps a recipe offline

Older recipe records are not allowed into public routes just because they exist in the database. Pages are held back when imagery is generic or mismatched, when support sections are thin, or when repeated boilerplate would make the page less useful for a reader.

The current rebuild prioritizes fewer public recipes with stronger local images, clearer cooking cues, visible review responsibility, and better internal linking over a large catalog of weak pages.
