Ingredients

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Extra Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta:
    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Make the sauce:
